Nextflow is a workflow management framework for the execution of complex, scalable, and reproducible scientific workflows. This tutorial explains how to configure Nextflow to take advantage of MeluXina platform. It will be applied to bioinformatics with a genome analysis example.
Level: Intermediate to Advanced level. Knowledge of CUDA/OpenCL is an asset.
